The education of young children and young people within our community, is at the very heart of why the Gatwick Aviation Museum exists. Working with nurseries, primary and secondary schools, colleges and high education students, we have a whole host of engaging and interactive content available both online and when visiting us.
We have a number of fun and engaging competitions for children, student, young adults and perhaps the young at heart, to involved in. Check out our range of competitions now and get involved with supporting the education and learning, in support of British Aviation Heritage!
We offer students of all ages the opportunity to visit the Gatwick Aviation Museum, led by one of our experienced tour guides. This offers a much more fun and engaging experience for the students and makes learning about British Aviation History memorable. Although our tours are currently closed due to the pandemic, you can still in touch with us, so that we can notify you when they reopen!
We wanted to make sure that the Gatwick Aviation Museum continues to offer relevant, interesting and fun content for the young minds that visit us at the museum and online.
It's for this reason that we have joined forces with local community groups, schools and colleges to ensure that the materials and experience we provide support the national curriculum, to shape and inspire the minds of children and young adults who engage with us.
Whether your visiting us online and using our interactive learning portal or visiting the Museum, we offer a range of support students feel engaged, enthusiastic and inspired.
