Your options

when leaving a Gift

Gatwick Aviation Museum

Residuary Gifts

A gift of all or part of the value of your estate, once all your other commitments have been settled. This is the most flexible way of supporting GAMC, as the value of your gift will adjust with the value of your estate.

Pecuniary Gifts

A gift of a specific sum of money you have in mind to donate (e.g. £1,000). You may decide to further protect this gift against the on-going effects of inflation and ask your incumbent solicitor to perhaps ensure that it is index linked.

Specific Gifts

A specific gift (an object) left to GAMC in your Will,  must first be discussed with a member of our Legacy team first, so that our curators can advise, whether we will be in a position to be able to accept your kind gift.

Chairman

The Gatwick Aviation Museum means many things to many people. We come to be inspired, to discover history, to feel joy and to learn. We find treasures around every corner, from mightily impressive aircraft to delicate aviation artefacts. It is a worth-while institution that we are proud to keep open to all — but we need your help to protect it. The world around us is changing fast. We cannot predict what the future holds for the Gatwick Aviation Museum, but one thing is certain: we need to take action today to protect the GAMC for others to enjoy tomorrow. There has never been a more important time in our history to ask our supporters to remember GAMC  in their Wills. Every single donation makes a difference to our work and will help safeguard this magnificent Museum for visitors to enjoy long into the future.
