Unique Location

The Museum is like no other in the area, offering several hire spaces, along with the unique opportunity to host an event surrounded by historic Aircraft.

Outdoor Space

Perfect for holding open air, or big top events under cover. from lavish gala dinners to  festivals, you can create something truly unforgettable.


We can offer bespoke flexible arrangements to accommodate set-up and breakdowns for any event we host. Please speak with our team to discuss.


We offer a variety of hot and cold buffet catering options to support events, along with BBQ and Hog Roast, fine dining and food truck catering. 


The Museum offers a huge amount of flexibility. Whether it's an indoor or outdoor event, don't forget to check out our venue site plans.


We do not offer accommodation on site,  but there is an abundance of hotels of all available in all sizes locally to serve most budgets.

We offer free hard standing and on grass parking for all guests, and have the capacity to hold around 2000 cars on site for larger events taking place.


We have very flexible spaces to offer, which means you can have up to a max of 100 guests indoors and up to 5000 plus outdoors in our event field.


When hiring the indoor venue, you'll have access to toilets onsite. If however you are only hiring the event field, event toilets will need to be hired.

Dry Hire

As a dry hire venue, we only offer our guests hire of the venue, with options for some catering.  Hire does not incl.  furniture, dressing, catering or licences.


A key benefit we offer, is a unique tour experience led by one of our experienced team, to guide your guests around the Gatwick Aviation Museum.

Prices start from just £150. All hire fees will be treated as a donation to the Charity.

The Gatwick Aviation Museum is a truly special venue and with the development of the main exhibition hall, we offer guests an unforgettable environment, that provides a rare opportunity to create something genuinely unique. The addition of our newest hangar, also now provides a more in intimate setting for smaller events to take place indoors, whilst our 30-acre outdoor estate remains our most agile space, acting as a blank canvas for the many events hosted here annually. Every event booked with us provides vital funds that directly contribute to the many amazing projects, that the charity is apart of and funds crucial work carried out in support our local community.
