If for whatever reason you cannot attend on the day you have booked, you can use your ticket booking again anytime, on a date of your choosing in the future.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Dates will exclude days where we are not open and public event days.

What is the Museum doing ro protect visitors against Covid?
The museum has several measures in place, to ensure visitor and staff safety:
We ask all ticket to be purchased online, in advance of attending the museum
Please use our one-way system as you travel around the museum
Visitors must wear face masks, when inside the Museum
We encourage visitors to ‘make space’ and let others have personal space (2 metres)
Please continue to use the hand sanitizer provided
If you or anyone in your party is feeling unwell, please stay at home
You must still check in, using the NHS app
Enjoy our outdoor green space
We recommend talking a lateral flow test before attending the museum, this is not compulsory, but it is strong recommended, regardless of your vaccination status.
