Covid -Safe Payments
To support minimal contact, we encourage visitors to purchase tickets in advance, via our website. However you will still be able to buy tickets on arrival at the Museum by card and cash.
All Tickets are non-refundable, but are covid by our Covid Guarantee.

Every item purchased directly supports the Charity and our ambitions to create a fantastic learning environment for children, young people and families across the community.
Buying a gift voucher allows unlimited entry into the Gatwick Aviation Museum and 30-acre green estate. It is the ideal gift for the whole family to enjoy.
Choose either a 6 or 12 month all-access voucher and even set the date from when it starts!
With Covid-19 restrictions, any gift vouchers purchased in 2021 will be valid for 18 months from when the national lockdown ends,. We will continue to be as flexible as possible, so that recipients can use their vouchers.
Parking when visiting the Museum is free, A £2 parking donation, applies to those visitors who just wish enjoy our green space on offer. You can buy a parking ticket online or on site.
Toilets, including one wheelchair friendly unisex disabled toilet. These facilities are located inside the main entrance and are easily accessible from all areas across the Museum.
Although we don't have a café on site, we do offer a range of refreshments including tea, and coffee, a selection of cold drinks, snacks and ice-creams.
Children and the young at heart can get behind the controls inside our in flight simulator, real-size helicopter and so much more - with new attractions coming in 2021.
Some of our Volunteers are experienced engineers who are often working on new projects. Visitors can watch, ask questions and talk to them about the current work being carried out.
We have several experienced tour guides who are regularly on hand to guide our visitors around the Museum and inside some of our beloved aircraft that we have on display.
If you thought we were close to Gatwick Airport, you are right. You can watch the planes take off from the runway, in our viewing area located at the edge of our 30-acre green estate.
We welcome all visitors to bring their own packed lunch and enjoy the open green space here on site. Picnic benches are available on a first come first served basis.
Visitors are encouraged to take a stroll around our beautiful grounds. We often see deer roaming free in the fields, so keep a watchful eye out as you enjoy the natural surroundings.
